Carol's Critter Care is built around a simple idea: pets usually do best when they can stay in their own home, on their own routine, with calm attention from someone who notices the details.
Care philosophy
Practical help, clear boundaries, and steady updates
Carol provides care in the client's home rather than boarding pets at her own house. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, litter or habitat care, aquarium feeding, simple medication routines, play or enrichment, and a photo update so owners know how the visit went.
She cares for dogs and cats, and she is also open to rabbits, birds, pigs, fish, and other household pets when the routine is clear and manageable. For aquarium pets, she can feed and check on them, but she does not remove animals from tanks or feed live mice.

Walks with judgment
If heat, rain, fatigue, or stress means a shorter walk is safer, Carol communicates that and focuses on the pet's comfort.
Medication boundaries
Carol is comfortable with simple medication routines for pets who are used to them, such as chewables or pills. She does not provide injections.
Overnight care
Overnight care is available in the client's home for short stays, with evening and morning routines included and clear expectations set before booking.
